The Los Angeles County Perinatal and Early Childhood Home Visitation Consortium’s Data Workgroup published a report that analyzes and compares aggregate data for programs using the Early Head Start, Healthy Families America, Healthy Start, Parents as Teachers, Nurse-Family Partnership, Partnerships for Families, or Welcome Baby home visiting models to serve L.A.
